WholesaleOS is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered tools for real estate wholesaling, including lead discovery, deal scoring, pipeline management, and outreach automation.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state real estate regulations. You will not use the Service to send unsolicited communications to individuals who have opted out or are on Do-Not-Call lists.
Paid features require a subscription. Subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your payment method will be charged monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate deal analyses, scripts, and recommendations. AI outputs are informational and should not be relied upon as professional real estate, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or failed transactions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
